- Utama Room, 3rd floor, lobby tower: 16 mtr x 9 mtr x 3, 5 mtr. Capacity: 100 persons
- Bale Banjar Room, by the villa area: 17 mtr x 7,5 mtr x 3,5 mtr. Capacity: 100 persons
