Inspired by the legendary Moguls of Rajasthan, the designers of PRANA SPA, Australian owner and painter Jim Elliott and New Zealand Sculptor Rhan Hall, sought to blend Indian Palatial complexity with Moroccan rustic simplicity. In collaboration with some fifty local artists, they worked for nine months to assemble the many parts to this puzzle, a feat only possible in an artisan rich culture like Bali's. One of Asia's most unique spas, PRANA recently won the Spa Asia Design Award.

Relax in Prana's open air courtyard, an oasis of calm, unwinding before your treatment. The relaxing hot pool, and seriously stimulating cold plunge pool, will enervate the blood and lymphatic systems. Bali is at the epicentre of the world spa phenomenon. Naturally gifted with the sense of touch, a local therapists have been trained in treatments from around the world to create Prana's extensive menu.Whether you seek relaxation or rejuvenation, our therapists will ease away your stress and tension with a wide range of treatments and therapies.

Water is included in many of our treatments. Hot, cold, falling, swirling, steaming and condensing, water is renowned for its healing properties throughout the world. Prana offers two hot and cold outdoor plunge pools, two dry saunas and three steam rooms to open the pores of the skin, four rain showers to stimulate and cleanse the outer tissues, and 14 private baths to relax in. Whether under a tented ceiling or an elaborate hand painted canvas, our single treatment rooms are the perfect space to relax completely under the trained hands of your therapist. * Operational hour is from 08.00-22.00 and for last order treatment is depend on treatment time consume (eg. for 2 hour treatment last order should be made before 20.00).
* Prana Spa consist of 15 single rooms and 5 double rooms spa treatment with maximum capacity 25 person on the same time.
* For the comfortable please avoid sunbathing, consuming alcohol and eating a heavy meal prior to your treatment.
* Special health considerations, please notify us should you suffer from high or low blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailment or disabilities. If at any time during treatment you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
* Menstrual cycle, a number of treatment are not recommended during the menstrual cycle.
* Pregnancy, Prana Spa only offer a small range of treatment including pregnancy massage, as we do not recommended any stimulating body treatment during pregnancy.
* Minimum age for spa treatment, guest must be 12 years and above to experience a spa treatment. Because of the nature of the Spa, children should not be present nor lelf behind in spa reception in order to assure a quiet environment.

   Spirit of Bali is a popular Indonesian beauty treatment. We start with a relaxing massage, using our own specially blended massage oil. Then your skin is exfoliated with a blend of aromatic spices including Turmeric, Sandalwood, Ground Nuts and Rice Kernels. A yogurt treatment is applied to balance the PH and condition your skin. 2. Prana's Natural Skin Lightener - 2 hours treatment
   Prana's Natural Skin Lightener has been specifically developed using high concentrations of botanicals containing natural whitening compounds. Each step exposes the skin to gentle botanical whitening agents, providing a relaxing and beautifying treatment. Your therapist will begin the treatment with an invigorating body scrub using coconut milk mixed with a blend of natural whitening compounds such as mangosteen, licorice root, yam bean, rose hip oil, magnesium silicate, ginger and mandarin. A mask will then be applied and the body wrapped in blankets to improve the skin's absorption of the whitening properties within the mask. While the mask is setting, the therapist will perform soothing face and scalp massage. 1. Hot Stone Massage - 1 hour 30 minutes treatment
   Prepare yourself for an experience of deep tranquility. During this 90-minute treatment, two therapists will simultaneously apply water-heated basalt stones to key points of the body, generating an intensely tranquil massage. As the relaxing sensation of hot essential oil eliminates tension and anxiety, river stones warmed to 50 degrees are gently placed between the toes. The direct heat relaxes the muscles, as well as the skeletal and nervous systems, promoting a deep sensation of serenity.    This rejuvenating facial dramatically increases the level of oxygen to the surface skin and works to regenerate skin cells. Following a deep cleansing and exfoliation process, a mask enriched with ATP is applied to the face. ATP is a key ingredient which enhances the oxygenating experience of this treatment. A soothing facial massage is followed by the finishing application of intensively active regenerating products. This treatment leaves the skin highly invigorated. 4. Anti Bacterial Facial -75 minutes

Then, a light facial and marma (energy point) massage, using healing antibacterial oil with essential oils that penetrate deeply into the skin. 5. Lightening Facial -75 minutes
   Shankara skin lightening facial dynamically brightens the skin tone with just one facial. The facial commences with a deep and clarifying cleanse, followed by microdermabrasion to remove dead skin cells. The layering of aroma-therapeutic products deeply penetrate into the skin cells, where the process of skin brightening begins.
6. Anti Aging Facial -75 minutes
   Our signature anti-aging facial instantly repairs and regenerates skin cells. It is our only facial with two mask applications. The first mask stimulates skin cells and provides instant firming, the second mask moisturizes, which leaves the skin soft and supple. The process of anti-aging begins with deep cleansing, followed by microdermabrasion. The enzymes in the mask penetrate to the cellular level, where the transformation begins. This facial has shown instant and outstanding anti-aging results after only one treatment. A slight burning sensation might be felt when the therapist applies the mask. This is due to the herbal active ingredients, such as; ginger, cinnamon and eucalyptus. This will last approx. 3 min.
